Feature: feeding information into parallel project

In the CoronaRiskScoring project, we are trying to systematically collect information about how the various systems are dynamically configured, and of course which parameter they are using.

If the DP3T team feels this is something worthwhile and it is a low-hanging fruit for them to help systematize among GAEN users (for instance by sharing best practices on documentation), please feel free to comment/expand below.
