What happened?

Current focus state:

Expected a focus outline with higher contrast e.g. white outline. Also, should consider that the active state of the menu changes colour - the focus outline on this active state should retain an acceptable amount of contrast:

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Firefox, Chrome
