Make a side-navbarfor the website

We are planning to have a Side-Navbar for the website. Background layout can be found at /dashboard. Refer README.md file for the sample design.
It should have the following routes:

Dashboard
Resources
Projects
Events
Gallery
Placement /Internship & Achievements

Hey @Kushagraw12, is it fine? I used the same background colour that was already there. I hope colouring can be done after you get your other components ready according to your colour theme of the website.
