Optimization to show all images from a road in the RoadImage component

• Show all the images for a road/survey in the Road Image component

Not possible right now because the images are rotated on the frontend in a canvas html element (and if you do that for 250+ images, the browser crashes). To possible way to optimize it (not mutually exclusive):

• Rotate the images while importing the data
• Load images by batch (and load them as the user navigates)
