Process Configuration for gunicorn command line

Currently, the ConnectionService OKS object contains the full gunicorn command line. However, recent updates to iomanager require the connectivity service port to be set via a Service OKS object. When the connection service is an infrastrcture application for the session, drunc should have the ability to read the appropriate configuration objects and generate the gunicorn command line.
