An experiment ID (usually an SRX number on NCBI) can contain multiple runs, but the alignment only runs the first among them when this type of ID is supplied.
Granted, the documentation mentions to submit a comma separated list of SRA accession numbers (with the example showing SRR IDs). But an experiment ID is an SRA accession number as well, so I thought to humbly request that the software be modified to either align all runs (SRRs) under this type of ID, or yield a warning to stdout that only the first will be processed.
