Error running Jupyter Notebook

I am trying to go through the demo (without any edits) and encounter this error. Seems like something is deprecated in the conda-forge install.

Hi @zoelx Thanks for the report, I'll fix it in the main branch. I need to push a new release to conda, but I am very low on bandwidth for this right now... BTW this storing of the original vertex indices should be optional (and default to not keeping them, they are never needed !!)

Hi @glyg, I also encounter the same 'set' type error as I am going through the demo. Seems to be something to do with passing a set as an indexer is deprecated.

Hi, yes sorry for now the newest version fixing this is only available from source, I could not get the conda-forge builds to pass last time I had a window to work on that ...

In a few weeks fix should get better and I'll try to make some progress
