Reason: Removed duplicate 'S' for correct contract name spelling

Reason: Corrected spelling and maintained consistent heading hierarchy with other sections

Fixed typo in comment: "nagative" -> "negative"
Reason: Corrected English spelling error in code comment

Fixed formatting: Removed unnecessary forward slash

To: "不包括会计引擎和稳定费用库中的剩余金还有稳定费用库，"
Reason: Removed superfluous punctuation mark that affected readability
