A PowerShell Script designed to use common word to search SharePoint Online within Document Libraries.
Within the Script, find the Varible $sitePath = "" and place your site collection link in this location. Let the script run until its completed, and it will print a CVS file to the users desktop.
The Script will look for specific formats for the following.
- Phone Number = \d{3}-\d{3}-\d{4}
- SSN = \d{3}-\d{2}-\d{4}
- FileName
- FileExtension
- FileSize
- Path
- Permissions
- Criteria
- Created
- Modified
