Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

workflow templates cannot be added, resubmitted or changed after a project has been created. This is annoying and time consuming when testing things.

Describe the solution you'd like

Possibility to add and update the workflow template after a project has been created.

NB! This will lead to a possible problem that dry-runs in the same project have different workflow definitions!!!
Need to think about how to solve this!
