Describe the solution you'd like

Ability to create VMs with emulated hardware.

We need to create a script that can be used to create VMs.

Describe alternatives you've considered

QEMU

use QEMU to create VMs with specific hardware properties (architecture, distro, cpu, memory)

Architecture could include (aarch64/arm64, amd64/X86_64, ...)
Distro (linux (pop/mint/ubuntu/fedora))
