dinky1.2 adapts to flink1.8.1 and fails to execute the job

What happened

以前用flink1.18.1适配dinky1.02 能执行读取mysql的binlog然后写入到painon中，但是换了dinky的最新版本1.2 之后，以前的代码都不能执行了，job.txt 是执行的flink sql代码，图片是flink1.18.1的jar包。error_20241203.txt是检查和执行的时候的错误日志。

是不是哪些包有冲突？例如 link-table-planner-loader-1.18.1.jar
