Answers to exercises

This is optional, but here's the idea. On the adice of teaching guru Ian Stewart, I've littered the text with Exercises, which I intend to use in class. But for someone working through the book on his/her own, it might be nice to be able to click on something and get the answers. I have a vague recollection that there was an app for that. As I said, not critical, this will work fine as is for our purposes.
