Another small thing, file away for when we have time, which could be never.

The issue: like Python docs, md tends to generate anchors for section headings. Eg, this one from viewing the markdown from one of our chapters:

That's not true of the GitBook. It generates chapter links, but not sections links, as far as I can tell.

Related issue: could we add (manually) our own anchors/links?
