I played a very long game with my friend. After a while we noticed that a lot of what we were doing was arranging cards.
A usability improvement would be:
left mouse click - pick one card
right mouse click - pick the whole deck
So its very clear what you are going to do.
Or maybe, besides right clicking, click a button (like Ctrl or something) while left clicking to get the whole deck.

I believe most of the control scheme can be made with mouse only, which would be excellent since you can play with just one hand, and that's always great in games.
Use of mouse wheel for zooming, dragging the background when zoomed maybe. Rightclick while holding a card flips it. Mousewheel while holding a card rotates it. We could have your thing for grabbing the deck with right click, in while case mousewheel still rotates and now left mouse rotates the deck.
