[BUG] Switch pro controller is not recognized by steam after uninstalling #933

Describe the bug
After uninstalling the BetterJoy with the .bat file, steam will not recognize it as a connected controller anymore. Any of the current issues has a long link that ends up sending you back to the main page.

Expected behavior
We expected everything to be back in order, however now the controller is not even showing up in Steam Big Picture.

Controller (please complete the following information):
Controller is a Nintendo Switch Pro controller, connected with USB cable.

Issue #339 seemed to do the trick actually.
