What happened:

We frequently see flaky tests in packages/jellyfish-api-core/__tests__/*, this needs to be fixed to optimized the PR experience.

Any specific tests that are particularly flaky or where can I find the logs for this?

Right now it's unclear; there are a few on the loan side. I open a thread to start tracking them so we can watch for them and resolve them.

Here's one:
