TAssist is stated to help "teaching assistants" in general but the constant reference to NUS specific things like NUSMods and not having Trimesters etc. suggests that the real target user is NUS TAs.
Thus the Target User is not specified clearly in the User Guide

[The team marked this bug as a duplicate of the following bug]
UG: poorly defined target users
Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.
Are you restricted to NUS as a university? If yes, then this has not been mentioned
If no, then your class group ids, module codes etc etc are VERY specific to NUS.
As such your introduction is misleading to potential users because they may think that the product is for them when it is actually not.
[This is the team's response to the above 'original' bug]
While our UG can be more specific about the target user, we believe that our UG contains sufficient evidence to point out that the TAs we are targeting is from NUS. Also, in our DG, we specified that the target users are TAs teaching NUS modules. Hence, we would like to change the severity to Low.
