List of checkpoints needs some updates #9

The table with the List of checkpoints would need some updates:

Classic rule projects have been removed in ODM 8.11. So we need to indicate that a switch to decision service project is required before upgrading to 8.11.x
EC fine-grain permissions is no more deprecated. It's now managed via Decision Center REST API and configuration file
