Support QLC+ Group (channel pair) information

It looks like the XML written by QLC+ now does include explicit information tying together channels that control the same variable, e.g. pan and tilt, albeit in an awkward way, via group names. However, this would still be more reliable than the current guesswork, so enhance the converter to look for and make use of these groups when they exist.
