Encoding problem on apostrophes and quotes

Apostrophes and quotes are misinterpreted in some places in DefectDojo. If there's an apostrophe or quotes in the title of a finding, then in the table displaying the findings or in the breadcrumb trail when you're on a finding, apostrophes and quotes are misinterpreted.

Which version did you use here?
I tested it with v. 2.42.1 ( release mode ) and there it looked fine.
