In ingestion of protein metadata table, panpipes does not successfully merge the metadata table with the object when the first column of the feature file is the protein names (as matched with the cellranger output). This is because the creation of the object results in the renaming of a protein name, e.g. 'pd-1' to 'prot_pd-1', to ensure the protein name does not clash with the gene name. Hence, the solution is to add 'prot_' to the beginning of every row in the first column in the protein metadata table.
