I was wondering if there is a particular reason the mouse qc gene list is more limited than the human qc gene list, especially with regard to variable TCR and BCR genes for exclusion? E.g. almost no Ig genes are included in the mouse gene list.

I took the liberty the convert the 'exclude genes' from the human qc_genelist_1.0 and converted them to mouse orthologues using this conversion.
I've attached the raw conversion file here as 'qc_genelist_exclude_mouse_orthologues.csv'
I've also made a new version of the mouse qc list, where I've removed the 'exclude' and 'Ig' genes and added the new 'exclude' genes from my conversion, attached here as 'qc_gene_list_mouse_2.0.csv'.
