Requesting docs for rl_games

Hey @Denys88! I use the rl_games library quite a lot for my work. Although its super useful, I've noticed that its a bit lacking in docs. I also found it a bit hard to understand the several classes and methods when trying to use rl_games in my work.

Opening an issue here to request some more docs on usage, specifically focusing on how things work internally (for someone who might want to modify this for their own work). I've written some docs myself and will soon send a PR. Thanks :)
