When the server is restarted, the PostgreSQL container cannot be automatically restarted

When the server is restarted, docker can only automatically restart dependencytrack/apiserver and dependencytrack/frontend, and the PostgreSQL container cannot be restarted with an error:
Error: Database is uninitialized and superuser password is not specified.
You must specify POSTGRES_PASSWORD to a non-empty value for the
superuser. For example, "-e POSTGRES_PASSWORD=password" on "docker run".
