Enable/ allow exception logging

It would be nice if we could hook up exception logging tools like Sentry, New Relic, Data Dog, Rollbar or something similar.

For now we do not experience many exceptions on our DTrack instance, but when we do, it's always the users having to report it to us, so we are late and reports are incomplete.

In general these exceptions are the concern of the DependencyTrack devs so an opt-in dedicated, centralized exception sink would be nice, but that may be a security/privacy hazard.

Am I missing something and does this already exist? Should I hook up a logger to the DTrack API output?
