Chinese encoding

I tried to modify the content of the notification in templates, but the problem is that although the modifications can be made in English, all Chinese characters turn into "?". When I downloaded the source code, I found that the classes used in the source code(alpine.server.mail.SendMail) also cannot support UTF-8 encoding. Is there any way to solve the issue with Chinese encoding?
