Right API URL for DT CI/CD

Hello,

I am currently facing some issues with trying to integrate the publishment of BOMs in my Makefile via HTTP POST. In the documentation its saying that the API URL has "http://.../api/v1/bom".
What URL should this be? Because with just the main URL (in my case localhost) it isn't working.
This is how my Makefile looks like
