Slack Integration for Dependency Track 4.10.1

Hello Team,
I am new to DT and I'm currently using 4.10.1.. I wanted to setup Slack Alerts for Informational level...
I do not see slack in my integration but I see them on alerts.. Appreciate your response

I was able to find the JIRA/Slack Integration templates.. But when trying to create a JIRA ticket, it fails with 403 ( using PAT ) and with 401 using username password.

I can confirm I have access to create JIRA tickets with the same PAT using curl command.

Is my config correct ?
