Current Behavior

The current schema version for the NVD Data API is 2.0. This will be updated in the next few weeks based on news from https://nvd.nist.gov/general/news/api-cves-schema-restriction-update. The schema json should also be updated.

Proposed Behavior

Updating schema version for NVD Data API to 2.1.

Note that while we created jeremylong/Open-Vulnerability-Project#158 - there are no impactful changes due to the schema change.
