Currently there is a "outside of office hours" message displayed on the chat modal, but the contact is still able to chat nonetheless.

@Nness this was intended behaviour, is this something we wanted to change?

The argument for always allowing users to type is that they can quickly dump any information they have in their mind, instead of having to wait for an engineer.

I think for this is disable ticket chat when outside of office hour.

The reason is, if they are going to log callback outside office hour, might as well log note.

I'm kind of think this is also true for global ticketless chat and callback.
