Hello bro, that is a false positive, unfortunately I do not have the money to sign the application, and an unsigned application is falsely detected as malware.

You will need to manually add StrelyCleaner to the WindowsDefender exclusion list. and allow the download in Google Chrome.

But my application is OpenSource, If you have the knowledge, you can download the source code and build StrelyClener yourself.
