Proposal: Rename extension to "Dynamic Link Field"

Would definitively do more justice to the flexibility of this extension than the current name.

I think that could be a little misleading as it sound like a kind of "special input field for links" - something like output field - offering advanced options for managing links.

Including the term "entry" points in a much clearer direction in my eyes as it communicates the fact that the link is entry-related.

So I would prefer "Entry Link Field" over simply "Link Field".
And I would prefer "Dynamic Entry Link" over "Entry Link Field" as I still think the dynamic part of this extension is more interesting and relevant than the fact that it's (technically somehow) a field.

But in the end it's up to you ;)
And either way it's a great extension!
