New Functionality (?): Search References

Maybe I am missing something here: I don't find a functionality generated by EMFText SDK similar to "Search References" in JDT. Is there already something in place? If not, are there any plans to do so?

Hi Marcus,

unfortunately there is no such functionality yet. The thing with "Search references" is that there is no global index containing the cross references between all files in EMFText. Thus, to search for references one must load all files in the workspace into one resource set and then check for references. This is quite expensive. Maybe you can create a custom implementation that works for your application and then we'll have a look how to generalize this?
