Group multiple repos into a single "project" #1080

Most projects aren't contained in just one repo, so it's logical to also want to group multiple repos together into one project, and measure the productivity of the entire project/team, instead of individual repos - which for various reasons - may not see updates for several weeks/months, while other repos are updated.
