Error: Entities share the same jpa entity name, which is not allowed

Hello, I have this two classes in different packages:

@Entity
@Table(name = "entity_table_1")
public class Entity {
    ... Fields ...
    ... Get, Set ...
}

@Entity
@Table(name = "entity_table_2")
public class Entity {
    ... Other fields ...
    ... Get, Set...
}

With the downloaded from maven central 0.9.15 version it generates the DDL correctly, but with the code in this master branch it keeps stoping by the error "entities share the same JPA entity name [Entity] wich is not allowed".
