Is translator allowed to change the order of contribution credit list & procedural name list?

As the title, it seems that the contributor names in CyberCodeOnline/Credits.md are initially listed alphabetically, but some of the newly added names are not listed in alphabetical order. Is other translator allowed to adjust the name list in alphabetical order?

此外，關於繁體中文的 CyberCodeOnline/contribution/mobile/zh-TW/procedural-names.json，目前字詞的順序並無一定規律。英文版的 procedural-names.json 字詞是照字母順序排列，比較容易瀏覽及尋找特定字詞。請問翻譯人員是否能將繁體中文的字詞以「注音符號」ㄅ~ㄦ的順序排列？（或者，是否有其他的建議排列方式？）
