Describe the bug

A pending unwrap request (status signing) was not automatically updated to redeemable (status redeem) after being signed.

Additional context

The browser window was left open. The status stayed on signing after being signed (checked by using the znn-cli tool). The actual status was shown until after a refresh (F5) of the browser window.
