Subscription page not connected to other pages and the carousel not working #774

The subscription page is not connected to the other pages . The elements are not arranged properly the images are pretty big and text is very small.

In the next page when i click dine-in ,delivery subscription page is not shown.

please assign me this issue I'll complete this issue within the deadline!!
