[Feat]: Display a confirmation message after subscribing to ICYCO

Feature Description

Display a confirmation message upon successful subscription to ICYCO, notifying the user that their request has been processed and providing any additional relevant information.

Currently it's just directly getting back to the previous page, it does not confirms if the subscription was done or not.

@DharshiBalasubramaniyam kindly assign this isuue to me under GSSOC'24 ext. I'm willing to contribute for this.

Use Case

1. Successful Subscription: User submits valid details and receives a confirmation message indicating they have successfully subscribed to ICYCO.
2. Duplicate Subscription: User attempts to subscribe with an already registered email and receives a message indicating they are already subscribed.
3. Invalid Email Format: User enters an incorrectly formatted email and receives an error message before submitting.
4. Unsuccessful Submission: User encounters an error (e.g., server issue) during subscription, receiving a message indicating the failure and asking to retry.
