Seeding Report: Missing "Delete" Button

Description:
In addressing Issue #32, we observed that the "Delete" button is frequently absent on the page. After multiple reloads, the button eventually reappears. However, upon selecting a new date range, the button disappears again.

Steps to replicate:

1. Visit the Seeding Report sub-tab of the BarnKit tab.
2. Under Set Dates, select 01-01-2019 and 03-01-2019 as the Start and End Date.
3. Click Generate Report (Ensure your page is full-screen ).

Observation:
It seems like the "Delete" button goes missing from the page, although we tried reloading the browser several times and ensured it was in full screen. We also inspected the page, and the "Delete" button is also missing there.

Expected result:
This is what the browser and the inspected html source code should look like with the "Delete" Button present.
