Problems with API

I wanted to migrate EPP-DRS to a new server, so I used this download here as the other installation is decrypted. The org. version of EPP-DRS the API is working or better the WHMCS module to connect to EPP-DRS is working. New installation works but WHMCS registrar module does not connect to EPP-DRS. I can't see any errors in WHMCS and nothing in EPP-DRS.

It looks like WHMCS didn't connect to EPP-DRS. But when I test with a wrong URL I get an error in WHMCS. When I set the URL to the old installation it works fine.

So what could be the problem?
