vmware 的运行性能比 virtualbox 好很多，但并不完美：

3D 加速不支持
xorg 加载不了 vmmouse 驱动，可能是这个原因，鼠标在 guest os 和 host os 之间不能平滑切换，而且在 guest os 窗口模式下，鼠标经常不工作，压根进不去虚拟机里面，此时切换到全屏即可绕过去
剪切版有时候不工作，怀疑是 open-vm-tools 的 bug，需要从虚拟机里复制，到 host os 来粘贴下，这样「激活」后，就又能从 host os 复制粘贴到虚拟机里头了
在全屏和窗口模式之间切换时，分辨率有时候会乱掉，导致 i3 bar 出不来。。。

总体来说，虽然 vmware 性能好点，但是 virtualbox + freebsd 配合更好。
