Change ticket email form to use the same as other document

Feature Request

We would like to change the email form when we send mail from ticket to use the same as other document (with recipient choice, copy to, etc.)

Use case

Go to ticket card and clic on "Send mail", the email form is not the same as other document and we can not manage recipient, copy to, etc.

Suggested implementation

We would like to use the same template used by other object to send mail on ticket. Is it ok for you @eldy to implement this feature ?
