"Relocate library path" doesn't work! #16

Hi!

I'm following this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfVAd3rMI2E
I'm trying to "relocate library path", all pictures are considered 'missing'.

Looks like critical bug.
What could be wrong there?
Does this feature work for you in DB v5.6?
