Crucial issue: unable to sign in #22

For the last month, when attempting to sign into the program, I get Error: #1. Net error, please try again later.
When attempting to create a new account, I get Error: #3. JSON error.

It's extremely important for my work that these errors get fixed soon. If they're not, I'll be forced to buy Spine. I've attempted every means of contact possible and haven't gotten a response. Please let me know if there's anything I can do at this time to fix this.

UPDATE: In newest version v5.6.3 the sign in feature was removed, so while all versions between 5.1.0 and 5.6.3 don't work, the newest version you can get off the official site does.
