No file is generating for me (css,ttf)

Hello,

I have implemented by using this example but for me not a single file is generated.Although i can able to use the icons from .svg using ..span class="octicon octicon-cloud-upload">Icon 1..

Also, i am not able to alter the size of icons. Please help me.

Please let me know the full process to implement this . Do we need index.js file becz i can see by removing the index.js file i can still able to use the font class.
