Strange server activity

Greetings! I've got a strange server issue.

Create server, join, make 10x wooden swords. They are all just wooden swords. however if I equip them I notice I get some of the stats, and the advanced tooltip shows there are some NDT tags.

Restarting the game, no change.

Restarting the server, no change.

Rejoining the server, no change.

However! If I go into a SP map, don't even do anything just spawn in and then leave, boom I can see the stats and name.

Then! If I close the game, restart it, join the server, the names are back to wooden sword, unless I go to SP again.

So it's just a visual problem, not sure why going to SP makes them show up. I didn't realize I was using so many of your mods, thanks for all your time and effort.
