Mit dem VDC Adpater für Digitalstrom werden im Digitalstrom Ökosystem virtuelle Devices erstellt. Diese können unteranderem zb. Temperatursensoren, Fenster/Türkontakte und Lampen sein. So kann fast jedes beliebige Gerät aus IoBroker in Digitalstrom erzeugt werden. Es werden zb: - die gelbe Klemme - die graue Klemme - die blaue Klemme - die rote Klemme - die schwarze Klemme - die weiße Klemme unterstützt.
