Docker image leaves nginx.pid around on shutdown #7

The docker images leaves the logs/nginx.pid file owned by root after it is shutdown. While this is not a problem if you're only using docker for development, it does mean that if you want to launch DryFHIR natively after, you need to delete the file manually.
